Future Plans

Stephenson's Works appropriately enough is sited in what has become known as the Stephenson Quarter of Newcastle upon Tyne.  It is owned by Silverlink Property Developments who are currently very active in drawing up a development plan for this area.  The character of the area will be transformed for the better once the present major occupiers of the land have left, though there will be many years of noise and disruption whilst new buildings are erected and brought into use.
